Core Values Redesign

In March 2022, I was asked by the leadership team to redesign the Core Values graphic, which is seen frequently within internal marketing material. Using the entirety of the secondary color palette from before the 2023 rebrand, elements from the old design clashed, fighting for attention. My goal was to reorganize the content to establish a stronger hierarchy, while simplifying and modernizing the color palette.
