Hardgore Event Poster

In October 2019, I was commissioned by Zum Fitness, a high-scale gym in downtown Seattle, to design a poster for an event of theirs called HardCore. Since it was around Halloween, we played with their event name and changed it to HardGore for this particular design. The client wanted a mystery theme with an element of gore, so I decided to dive deep into the Clue game-board look. I used the same typefaces as on the classic board-game, as well as pulled out elements like the fingerprint and weapons in the game. The colors I used were also swatched straight from the game packaging.
