Iva Place Kirkland Flyer

The Leasing and Facilities team asked me to create this flyer to help promote Friends of Youth’s new low-income facility, Iva Place Kirkland. Since the property had just recently opened, we wanted to promote directly to the community with the help of flyers and postcards stationed in local libraries and community centers.
