Iva Place Kirkland Postcard

The Leasing and Facilities team asked me to create this postcard to help promote Friends of Youth’s new low-income facility, Iva Place Kirkland. Since the property had just recently opened, we wanted to promote directly to the community with the help of postcards and flyers stationed in local libraries and community centers. These postcards are frequently used at tabling events and are stationed in all Friends of Youth offices.
